Tonight for dinner I had my agent over for dinner & I made a quick, easy, and delicious pasta meal. I made one of those packets of garlic alfredo sauce, the ones where you add milk and butter. Then I sauteed garlic and chopped onions in a little bit of extra virgin olive oil. When they started to become clear, I added a chopped tomato and some fresh pepper. Meanwhile, I boiled tortellini.  While the tortellini was cooking, I mixed the alfredo sauce into the saute pan with the garlic, onions, and tomatoes. I cooked it on low until the tortellini was ready and mixed it all together. Then I tore up some fresh basil on top with some parmesan cheese. Delicious!
