Misleading Customer Service Kills Your Business

I love the flexibility and freedom of self-employment. Currently, I work as a customer service agent, in sales, independently contracted, through a company to bring revenue and sales to various clients. The freedom and flexibility that being self-employed brings is exhilarating. There are no time clocks to punch, I work when I wish, and generate as much income as I would like for my home based business daily. Honestly, truth be told, there are down times and up times to being a self-employed business owner. Because I am in a position of sales, and what drives sales is customers and money, sometimes the revenue does not generate for the client or the business owner when the economy is not doing well. As a business owner, I also may feel the crunch of the hardships of consumers not buying products because of hardships they may be experiencing. However, being a self-employed business owner gives me the power to generate the income that I need to keep my home based business at the top working the hours and days that work best for me.
